CANCELLATION POLICY

At Lush Recovery & Aesthetics, we understand that plans can change. We kindly ask that any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 48 hours in advance. * Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your appointment: No charge. * Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment: A 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service(s) will be charged to the card on file. * No-shows: Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s). This policy allows us to respect the time of our providers and offer appointment availability to other clients. Thank you for your understanding and support.
